RCDE Melbourne offers the opportunity to all coaches to work in our Academy to learn our training methodology and work with the best coaches in the country.


Our Coaches will have a regular formation from the Academy director of Methodology and at the end of the season do formation in the club HQ in Barcelona.


We offer a pathway to coaches who want to learn a methodology from one of the most prestigious youth academies in the world to start from the grassroots to train pro teams.
